After spending over 15 years as in-house counsel at various New York health systems, and more than a few years as outside counsel, I thought of myself as a healthcare lawyer. But my experience has given me skills, not my identity. I help mission driven people and organizations solve their problems and fulfill their missions. To do this I use my legal skills, my business acumen, my questioning personality and my extensive network (which has lots of Gotham members in it) to get my clients the help they need, whether or not it is legal help.
I help healthcare providers and non-profit organizations address their business, transactional and regulatory issues and concerns.
In sunny weather most weekends you'll find me in Central Park on my bicycle, and if you want to hang with me Sunday nights you'll need to be in the JCC's ceramics studio. I also love photography, and am planning on breaking out my sewing machine to make my next quilt soon.
