[Fredslist] Help for small landlords

In this tough time, everyone is suffering, and that includes small landlords. My husband and I have a 2-family house in Woodside we’ve been renting out since his father died a number of years ago. So far the tenants have paid their rent, but I know some of them have lost jobs or had hours reduced. Of course, we will work with them if/when the time comes when they can’t afford to pay their rent.

 

However, I already saw that landlords were excluded from the now closed PPP offered through the SBA. I am wondering if anyone knows of any other programs available to small landlords who lose income when their tenants cannot pay their rents. Thanks in advance for any information anyone can offer.
