My husband and I have a 2-family house in Woodside we’ve been renting out since his father died a number of years ago. So far the tenants have paid their rent, but I know some of them have lost jobs or had hours reduced. I am wondering if anyone knows of any other programs available to small landlords who lose income when their tenants cannot pay their rents.
