1) Sales Executive (Chicago or New York)

We are seeking a motivated, energetic Sales Executive to join our
team.  If you're a strong communicator who is driven by results and
loves to sell, then this is a fantastic opportunity for you. You will
be responsible for regional business development along with
consultative sales to medium and large corporate clients
(Approximately 50% of your clients will be advertisers and 50% of your
clients will be agencies). Development of key strategic sales
relationships with clients in order to maximize marketing exposure is
necessary.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
3-5 years of selling experience with a strong quota (within your
industry). Online experience helpful.
Has achieved 100% quota attainment for 2 years running. 
Bachelor's degree. 
The ability to learn quickly. You will have to become an expert on all
of our products in a short amount of time.
Excellent customer service, presentation and writing skills. 
Ability to network in local markets. 
Creative, self-starter, with the ability to handle multiple projects
while consistently meeting deadlines.
Thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment. 
25-50% Travel will be required. 

2) Manager, Marketing Analytics (Chicago)

We are seeking an experienced marketing analyst and business leader
with strong project management experience, people management
experience as well as exceptional leadership skills. The qualified
individual would be accountable for championing the management,
integration and development of new our online marketing, inventory
management, advertiser analytics, and revenue tracking applications.
Specifically, the person would be accountable for:
Gaining the support and buy-in to establish an integrated system
solution for online marketing, inventory management, and revenue
systems in order to monitor the company's profit across all products.
Collaborating with internal and external business teams to drive
leading-edge database mining, marketing analysis and other valuable
marketing reporting.
Identifying actionable and statistical consumer value estimates to be
used in online marketing and inventory management programs.
Designing complex tests and analytical approaches to address business
information needs, including the use of statistical techniques to
design and analyze the ROI of marketing campaigns.
Managing a cross-functional team to implement the solution. 
Identifying the development and execution on new advertiser/partner
analytics solutions for key industry verticals.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics and project management 
Hands on experience with databases, statistical models, and providing
customer insights to clients
Graduate degree in quantitative field preferred 
Ability to understand both business and technical requirements 
Ability to develop hypothesis and analysis and concisely communicate
the data both verbally and in written form to non-technical business
users.
SQL, SAS and CRM experience is extremely helpful. 

3) Online Media Negotiator (Chicago)

We are seeking online media buyer/negotiation. The primary
responsibilities of this position include: prospecting new referral
sources, assessing and negotiating online media campaigns, assessing
the media value of potential strategic partnerships, and doing the
deals—in a profitable way. Our Sr. Online Media Negotiator is intended
for a sales person-- turned buyer!

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
At least three years of experience in online media buying/planning 
Thorough understanding of the online space 
College degree is required. 

4) Media Developer (Chicago)

This position allows you to combine your creative design side with
your technical HTML side. You will be responsible for maintaining and
evolving CoolSavings' websites. Additionally, you will design and
develop internal tools and create mock-ups for the sales team.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
Broad experience working with HTML, DHTML, and CSS, including
Macromedia Dreamweaver, excellent visual/design skills and proficiency
in Adobe PhotoShop, CorelDraw or Adobe Illustrator
Some exposure to Adobe ImageReady or Macromedia Fireworks and
Microsoft IIS required in a Windows environment; exposure to ASP.net.
Experience with SQL and XML a plus.
