Fall Back

This weekend we “fall back” - - resetting our clocks as daylight savings time ends.
This semi-annual adjustment will spur the semi-annual focus and discussion about daylight savings and its effect on our lives, health and routines. We will wonder about legislation that proposes to make daylight savings permanent.
Some will endure the change with greater difficulty than others.
Most will simply adjust and await “springing forward” in March.

I didn't know so many people had such strong feelings about daylight savings time!

There’s an uptick in both car accidents and heart attacks every year. Crazy outdated custom. I believe there are some states that have opted out (AZ) is that correct??

This does seem to be a hot topic with two days in row proves that. I am very much against the fall back and hope it will eventually be changed to permanently keep the time the same.

Yep, I start looking forward to Spring Forward...I give myself2 minutes to groan about the time change first though!

I feel as if we are being plunged into eternal darkness. Down with fall back… we need nature to set our clocks!!

Yes, they don't change their clocks - and live!

I prefer to stay on the real time the whole year. The arguments for the change never made sense to me. For the first few months, I feel like I'm on a permanent jetlag.
