Have you had Covid?  If so, what were your symptoms?

I first noticed on Saturday that I was slightly congested, had a mild cough, and I felt tired. When I woke up on Sunday, given the symptoms and the fact that I was out of the country recently, I thought I should be vigilant and take a home COVID test.

I was genuinely shocked and surprised when there was a faint positive line on the test. Before COVID I absolutely would have attributed my symptoms to a mild cold.

This is my first experience with COVID. I hope that my symptoms remain mild.  Have you had  COVID? What was your experience?

Had it in July and took Paxlovid which alleviated it.

I had it back in April I believe. It was flue like, just tired for a few days, but nothing crazy for me at least (or my wife). My son never got it and stayed with us the entire time.

Had it last year and it was like a bad cold. It’s funny because Paul and I both had it at different times and never gave it to each other. I think many people have it now, and just like the flu or a regular cold, we will deal with it. Working in a college, most of my students have something at some point. I bathe in hand sanitizer this time of year. Lol. Feel better!!
