OK, I’ll bite. Rona started a great conversation with her blog yesterday. I heard outdoor fun, just like before a pandemic.

We had a similar experience this past weekend – an outdoor concert at ToBay Beach, a drink at the outdoor bar with some fun music before heading down to sit outdoors and safely distant from neighbors to enjoy a Beatles cover band. (Thanks for the invite Laurel!)

Aside from enjoying the company and the music, we kept saying all night how “normal” the evening felt. Yes, we remain in the midst of a pandemic raging again, and caution and safety are top of mind. That said, just a hint of keeping the worries in the background felt awfully good.

And the band was super fun!
