Traffic most definitely has increased over the last month or two. Back to school did not help for the morning commute. More people are choosing a car versus public transportation due in part to the Pandemic. New and used car sales are way up last quarter this year.

Ben, I feel your pain! I'm happy I'm WFH but I remember those days not too long ago of sitting in traffic on my way home from midtown; it was not fun.

One of the many things I love about living in the City is not driving. I know about traffic from my days in MI and in FL. I am looking forward to getting back to rushing around the City from place to place and wonder how long it will be before I am annoyed by all the people walking too slowly and stopping in the middle of the sidewalk - the pedestrian traffic jam.
