For The Women Out There
It’s been about six weeks now.
About a week ago, I noticed a trend among my female friends. We have all started talking about the color of our hair. Said better, the true color of our hair.
Nearly every conversation with a female friend over the last week or so has involved a tip, trick or point about how to cover those creeping greys. I’ve had sprays, dyes, crayons, powder, and paint recommended – in permanent, semi-permanent and washable forms.
I have to admit I’m intrigued by a Facebook advertisement for a hair color line called Madison Reed (anyone try it?). I might just give in and give that one a try. I haven’t broken it to my husband yet that he might have to double as my colorist. Shhhh, don’t tell him yet until I figure all of this out.
Looking forward to color on the other side of this.

realize was that it needed to be applied within 2 to 3 hours---we couldn't do that and didn't apply until the next morning (a good 15 hours later). Although she did an amazing job the fact that coverage may have been better if applied timely is something everyone should bear in mind. I have heard many salons are offering to deliver client's actual color products to them for self application. That said I haven't figured out how to deal with haircut.

My other issue is my acrylic nails. I had to post on FB to find out how to get rid of those. Ugh!!! First world problems. . . :)
