It’s a Country Thing

Today, I celebrate creativity. My little brother (pictured left) and his family live in our home town in Illinois. It’s a wholesome farm community where families are raised, small business thrive, agriculture feeds the community, and the world turns. Like us, they have a shelter-in-place order. Kids are home from school, my sister-in-laws (entrepreneur) famous hair salon isn’t creating fabulous, beautiful hair styles, and my brother (entrepreneur) is running the family business from his home and his truck. (I miss them, terribly.) Last night, they threw a “country themed dinner,” complete with flannel shirts, boots and BBQ. Have fun with your quarantine peeps and send ideas of ways to build memories and enjoy each other. ‘Cuz we’ve only got each other, in the end” God Bless the USA!

This holiday celebrate with family and friends - albeit remotely with the use of technologies - but nonetheless, with family and friends !!!!!

Technology will play a part this year and perhaps in years to come. As long as we can stick together and in in touch, it really doesn't matter how. Stay safe.

If your brother is anything like you, our farm belt and supply chain are in good hands. Did Farmer’s Almanac see this coming? As for you...thanks for sharing. You can take the girl out of the farm, but not out of the girl. God bless the USA. This farm girl will be sharing her first ZOOM Seder on this strangest of
Passovers.

I love this KELLY! Thank you. I do hope your first Zoom Seder went well
