I am a partner in Tane Waterman & Wurtzel, P.C. I was previously of counsel to the firm. I am a litigator and handle complex litigation matters. With thirty years of litigation experience, my practice focuses on representing cooperatives, condominiums, and landlords in shareholder and tenant disputes, nonpayment and holdover proceedings, property damage cases, and RPAPL 881 proceedings involving access agreements. I also represent individuals and business entities in various litigation matters, including complex commercial litigation disputes, breach of contract actions, partition actions, foreclosure actions, corporation and partnership disputes, real estate development and construction actions, and fraud and negligence claims at the federal, state, civil, and appellate court levels.

Previously, I served as the Managing Attorney of the litigation department of a firm on Long Island, which handled litigation and bankruptcy matters, was a litigation associate at Hahn & Hessen LLP (now Thompson Coburn LLP), and clerked in the litigation department of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York City.
