It's Melting ?
So the question is whether the snow will melt before we are accustomed to the fact that it is now dark in the morning when we get up. I apologize to those who may live in parts where the snow was trucked out of sight long ago but some of us are left to endure the mounds of snow -- some natural and some the result of clearing and piling. (When will the parking lots offer all of their allotted spaces?)
It has, indeed, been a winter to remember. I am told that the weather phenomena that brought us the cold and snow will also bring us an unusually warm Spring. I am looking forward to it.
For my part, I haven't worn a coat since turning the clocks forward and, if it will impact the weather (see Nancy’s blog on Tuesday about how we can make a difference in the weather), I hereby consider my coat retired for the season.
...and I’ll be watching for that last patch of snow to melt away.

For the past few days I have seen pot hole repair crews everywhere. They have a long way to even make a dent (lol). You cant go anywhere without wrecking your car. Imagine what repairs need to be made for me to get on my road bike. I too have ditched my coat.
