Really?

Last Thursday was an office day. Banging away at my computer I was getting a bit wigged out and it was only 3. I had a bad case of the afternoon doldrums. So I took a break and decided to go outside. I stood there without a coat on, my eyes closed, soaking up the sunshine and warm air. It felt a little strange but quite exhilirating. Then I realized something...is this Spring? Are we really done with winter?

Every morning I half expect it to be snowing but now that expectation is starting to fade away. I see crocuses popping out of the ground. Even my car starts a bit easier. Guess it likes the warm weather too.

Now my attention is turning to my lawn. Maybe this year I'll be able to prevent the crabgrass from growing.

Are you ready for spring?

Now that Winter has taken a break please email me some tough Winter stories for our Gotham City Gazette which will be devoted to it. Thanks

Thursday was great. But yesterday was disheartening. I saw a bunch of women from the office next door to mine go out for a walk with down coats on, hats, and gloves. Ugh!!!

Been ready and even tried to get a bit of a jump on it. A few weekends back I cleared the leaves from last fall under the deck and under the well in the front of our place.
It was really great today after a few hours of ball this morning to be able to leave after noon still wearing my gym shorts without any need to pull my jeans over them. Even though it was nasty last night I shunned my overcoat when Shelly and I attended services at our Temple last night.

I've been seeing tulips and crocuses beginning to bloom in NYC. Spring is here!
