Underrated

No not a person but a task. My desk was a bloody mess yesterday morning so I spent the first hour and a half of my day cleaning it up.

What a difference! I felt more clarity and calmness.  I was more focused and less stressed, ready to move through the day.

As I sorted through the mess, I found forgotten notes and ideas, sparking new thoughts and memories. Clearing physical space also allowed me to think more clearly and creatively.

Now, with a clean desk, I feel more in control.  This small, often underrated task is game changer.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, take a few minutes to clean and organize your workspace. You might be surprised at the difference it makes.

I call my desk, "Organized chaos." I know where everything is, even though it may not look that way.

While there is an occasional list or paper notes (sometimes left inside the folded down MacBook, most notes are in my calendar theses days
