With Memorial Day upon us both me, and my fellow bloggers, are all thinking about bar-b-que. So my queries on this Memorial Day are simple, hotdog or hamburger? And mustard or ketchup?

 

Personally, I am a hotdog person. Most often with ketchup (sacrilege?) but sometimes with mustard and sauerkraut.

BURGERS (emphasis added) with Vidalia onions sautéed in Olive Oil with garlic and Tamari sauce. Does not need Ketchupv(works well with dogs too.).

Either works for me. But dogs are just easier. Wife does not eat beef so dogs usually win, Turkey hor her beef for the rest. This year we are adding lobster.

We don’t eat meat but beyond burgers and beyond sausages are absolutely amazing on the barbecue and I’ve discovered an outstanding barbecue sauce. Actually love coleslaw on my veggie dogs.

Yesterday we had our choice of hotdogs or hamburgers. Most of the party (not me) chose one of each. :-)
