Pathless Path

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to just go somewhere and have all your needs taken care of?

To be free to just BE?

Well, thats exactly what I'm doing this week. Free to just do whatever I feel like.

I have ventured to Kripalu to have this adventure of self discovery. Here they have great food of all kinds, great classes and tons of yoga for all levels (not so much my thing). They have a meditation room, reading room, cafe - all phones are on SILENT- tons of grounds to go hiking (watch out for the Bears!), gym, sauna, and huge tiled whirlpool. Surrounded by people whose only goal is to be.

No deadlines, no phone calls, no laundry, no food to prepare, or dishes to wash.

No spouse, no commute, no traffic, no picking up or dropping off.

No TV.

Sounds like fun, right? It is.

AND it is amazing all the feelings I have when there is not that "next thing" to do.

I'm investing in myself. The rewards are large.

How much time do you spend just being quiet wth yourself?

How well do you know yourself?

Just being, not doing?

Being present in the moment. Everything is there.

It's snowing today.

"The pathless path isn’t a straight line; it doesn’t even lead from point A to point B. The journey takes place entirely in consciousness. A mind overshadowed by fears, hopes, memories, past traumas, and old conditioning finds a way to become free."

I constantly tell myself to be in the moment, especially when I'm in the zone!

self care is so important. Each of us deserves it. Kudos to you for honoring yourself.
