Haven't tried the meal in a box because haven't located one with vegan meals we would be interested in, however I just discovered instacart. Amazing. Within 1 to hours my supermarket shopping is delivered. Don't know why I didn't try it sooner. Only regret is that I always bring my own bags to the market and since they are doing my shopping, food now arrives in paper bags.

I love it. I use Blue Apron about once a month. I just heard about a vegan one Purple Carrot.

I actually enjoy using shopping for prepared meals as a periodic escape. When we need some other items, Shelly or I pick up prepared meals so she need not cook.

I've been wanting to try also.
