Leaving My Comfort Zone

Last Sunday, we got to the museum a little early and found our way to the room.
The leader of the workshop asked each of us to introduce ourselves and say what we expected from the workshop.
“I’m Ben and I’m here to escape outside of my comfort zone.”
It was a workshop in tie-dying at the Jewish Museum in New York and was given in conjunction with an exhibit at the Museum.
Several hours later, after having experienced about as much about tie-dying as I’ll ever need to know....and with a few original creations of my own, we left the Museum.
As we walked along the city streets, I thought about the upcoming week, the things on my list, my “have to do’s”. I wondered. If this was returning to my “comfort zone”, it was nice to be away.

Will we be seeing your creations at Battle of the Bands? Love your expansion!

Interesting approach. In my case I would argue an expansion of my comfort zone which can expand or contract as needed.
