Ice cream - also my #1, followed by ribs, pizza and always champagne. So yet another reason we get along so well :0)

French fries. They should be their own food group. . . . yankee stadium used to have 5 kinds! Waffle fries, shoestring fries, skin-on fries, cheese fries, crinkle cut fries. . . . sigh. Too bad they’re not Atkins friendly. ;)

Too much information. Was that a question at the end? I guess you deny yourself chips and most healthy options

put the word "vegan" in front of the meat products (other than the bacon, can't stand vegan bacon) and, with a little tweaking it could be my list (don't love champagne, and eat the almonds without salt). Why would you ever deny yourself even one of those items?

Lesson to impart . First 71 years . Rare steak to excess . Crispy Kreme donuts . Burgers, fries shakes and lamb chops . Deserts and chocolate . Cherrystones and lobster with extra melted butter . Prime rib ( king cut ) and on and on . I went to the gym everyday and I was lean and mean . My last meal of that kind was a large garlic and anchovy pizza washed down with 3 fingers of Bulliet bourbon . It was the next day that I had my STROKE . Duh ? Oh yeah I was lean and mean on the outside I guess . On the inside ? Duh ? So I don't recommend the stroke diet . You know , the one where you lose 40 pounds in a month ? I was in the hospital in Denver for 6 weeks and came home to California a changed man . I don't recommend my route but it got me where I needed to be. I even had an exchange with my maker . I was lucky . Moderation is the key they say ! I believe that . But it sure felt good while it lasted . Lesson learned . The hard way .
