It's Going Around

Almost everyone I know has been sick recently. There are some pretty nasty bugs going around.

Last week, that bug caught up with me. It took my whole week away. I wasn’t in the office for a single day.

If you know me at all, you know that is not comfortable for me. I tend to push through things and just keep going so when I lose that choice, I am not happy.

Admittedly, I know it would be better to do the opposite, but it’s just not how I am built.

Happily I am on the road to recovery although doing a ton of catch up.  How do you handle being sick?

Good that you stayed home otherwise you may have given it to someone and you know what goes around comes around...

In my office, too many people come in when sick. Drives me nuts. We have sanitizer on ever desk, not that is helps all that much. Best to stay home and not spread what you have to others, and their family as well. We all have company Surfaces so really no excuse.

That said, I too am very glad you are on the mend.

ROTFL!!! Sorry, Nancy; but Fred's comment was too funny to let it pass.

Glad you're feeling better.

I hide out when I don't feel well. They call it cocooning. Glad you're back. My recovery is not so swift. Really nasty bug.

Yuk! So sorry! I had it too. Feels like you're in a fog and can't move! Glad you're feeling better. I work from home if I can - and sleep! Xo

I refuse to let illness stop me; I refrain from "unnecessary" contact and technology surely empowers me to get a lot done while I otherwise also seek to regain full health.
