Moving On...

...UP!

After 12 years in Chelsea, I am downsizing physically and fiscally, so that my business can expand creatively.

It continues to amaze me in how tiny a footprint I can run my life.  I am made for Manhattan living and working. My current office is 10x17, my new office is 7x7.

Keep Calm

My new neighborhood is Madison and 29th, other than the magnificent Shake Shack at 23rd in glorious Madison Square Park, and, of course, Eataly, what other wonders does my new world have?

How do you deal with big moves? It is still considered the 3rd most stressful life event, after death and divorce.

Right now, I'm excited, let's see how I feel as it gets closer.

How do you handle moving?

Eleven Madison, for when you want to eat a month's rent... but it's worth it.

Wishing you many happy new memories and adventures in your new home!

Good luck and congrats. I have moved professionally and personally and helped my son in his moves. Do not enjoy many aspects of it but where the new location shies over what one left, hard not to enjoy it.
