Gotham At Its Best

How do you put 70 people of diverse backgrounds and interests in a room at the Friar's Club for an hour and a half lunch and keep it in the family?

Well, that's exactly what Nancy Schess (and all those who attended) did yesterday at a triple meeting of the New York Women's Group, The Bandit Group and the New York Health and Aging Resources Group.

It was Gotham at its best. Old business and new business. Old friends and new friends. A great end to the year. And much to look forward to.

Guests commented to me after the meeting how powerful the networking was and how friendly everyone was. Of course, I agreed and added my own exuberance. A great meeting indeed!

A quick additional shout out to Marc Halpert for putting this together. Marc, you claim you are not an event planner, but you could have fooled me!

I was delighted to be a part of the meeting. Thank you to everyone involved, especially Marc. Being mid-December added a wonderful holiday feel. Happy holiday to all!

Ben, thanks for the shout out. It was so gratifying to hear our members talk about the great business connections and resources they have developed through our family. It is going to be a great 2016!

Sorry I missed it. It was certainly a productive day as meetings go.

I wholeheartedly agree and these sentiments were also expressed by a new first time visitor at my table.
