Change

In light of the response to my blog last week, I'm focussing on one of the 15.

You can't change people

You can guide, support, and offer advice, but real change only happens when someone is willing to put in the effort. No matter how much you want to help, if a person isn't ready to make changes, there's nothing you can do. (And we all know someone who fits this description)

Instead of trying to force someone into action, be there when they are ready to change and offer your support.

Remember that change comes from within. That reminds me of a joke...Norm?

It definetly does. Change is so hard and often takes a major life event for it to take place.

The only thing that changes is my underwear and socks(when i wear them)
