What Are You Binging?

We just finished The Bear.  It was slow starting, but Season 2 was spectacular.  Such great acting and character development.

Soon Bridgerton will be back I’m told but The Gilded Age is a long time away.  We spent weeks and weeks getting through The Americans, sitting on the edge of our seats.  And, we are still waiting for a release date of Shrinking Season 2.

I think we are in a binging lull.

What are you watching these days?  Any recommendations?

Under the Dome. It's a 2013 television series produced by Steven Speilberg and Stephen King. It's about a small town on which an invisible dome suddenly drops on. Very well done.

We are right there with you on The Bear, Gilded Age and Shrinking. Three really good series - Drops of God on Apple TV (A famous wine critic with the most expensive collection in the world passes away and sets up a competition between his estranged daughter and his protege to determine who inherits the collection, but it is much deeper than that). The second is Julia on HBO Max. It focuses on the beginnings of the Julia Child French Chef show. Two seasons which were both very good. The third is just fun - Somebody Feed Phil on Netflix. Phil Rosenthal, best known as the creator of Everybody Loves Raymond, travels the world trying different foods and experiences. It's a different and fun travelogue.

We really like the new CBS show Tracker (staring Justin Hartley (Previously on This is Us) as well as Fire Country which has its moments that keeps us coming back.

Yes! Tracker! Watching We Were the Lucy Ones - WWII Polish family. Fascinated by Elsbeth NBC and touring the world with The Amazing Race and (in horror that this happened) Mr. Bates vs The Post Office on PBS.
