Dancing
I have never been a good dancer. I just don’t get it and as a consequence have not danced in years.
My wife Joanne, however, is the Natural on the dance floor.
Last Saturday we went to a party and the music was from our era and she asked me to dance and I surprised myself with my willingness.
Well, surprise surprise, I was out there moving just about on the beat and enjoying it.
Was I missing something all these years?

Tequila: Oh yes you do !
I listen to music all day long . Sometimes very loud . I’d rather listen than dance . But when I do it’s with reckless abandon . Let’s go to the hop style . Alone . But I remember Joanne on the dance floor . No wonder you don’t dance . Jo is a tough act to follow . Your eye doctor Leslie Goldberg was the best dancer I ever saw . I have too many moving parts . Rhythm I got though ! The trick is to be quiet . Not a lot of extraneous movement . No flailing . Stay inside yourself . Solid eye contact . But you already know that right Derf ? Those Roslyn girls could dance . That’s for sure !
If Magnuson wasn’t so portly he might have gotten the girl .
