Looks very tasty! I recently tried a steamed burger which I was told is a Connecticut specialty. I had cheese and tomato put on mine.... No further comment.

Not big on salad items in my sandwiches. Prefer and enjoy the tomatoes on the side. Glad you enjoyed; only thing that matters. My slide turkey sandwich would likely include Muenster cheese (and mayo).

So this little expose will segue into a sandwich. I promise . Yesterday I disappointed a special friend by exposing a flaw or a hitch in my giddy up . This friendship has evolved in such an unconventional manor as to continually amaze me and I feel ashamed . So I defer to the star of the show . The BLT . Extra " Hellman's "mayo . Thick slices of homegrown Beefsteak tomatoes . Fresh picked lettuce . Slices of Corralitas Market Bacon on Aldo's freshly baked sourdough bread toasted to perfection . A messy sandwich for a messy psyche wolfed down with gusto and passion and tinged with remorse for disappointing a special friend .
