With 200 of my Gotham friends.

 

 

What a nice night, again! This Gotham event just keeps getting better and better. Our now annual outing has become a Gotham tradition. It (almost) doesn’t matter which team you decide to cheer for. My son, an ardent Mets fan, brings a friend who rivals him as a Yankee fan every year. It’s really just about continuing to build our community.

 

 

A very special thank you to Corey Bearak for organizing this event for us. I know it isn’t easy juggling all our group but it is greatly appreciated.

 

 

Hope to see you all next year!

Gotham and We Care (the charitable arm of the Nassau County Bar Association) seem to do this the same time every year. As a Board member of We Care I had been attending with the We Care group for many years before I joined Gotham---this year we are one day behind--we go tonight. In addition to an amazing evening with crazed fans on both sides it is a fund raiser that raises money while at the same time also bringing youngsters to the game that would otherwise never get to enjoy such a great evening with amazing seats. I am sorry I didn't get to share in the spirit of Gotham last night but will take some comfort in getting to watch the lawyers and judges of Domus (and their friends and families) as they root for their teams enjoying a wonderful evening together. As an added bonus Mr. Met joins us at our Children's Holiday Festival in February at the Bar Association to "kick it up" with the kids.
