Victoria Drogin is an executive, business and life coach, and an attorney of over 20 years. Former Associate Dean of Hofstra Law School, current Executive Director of Mercy College School of Business and professor in the masters program, she is a business consultant who works with professionals and executives to enhance their business development, leadership and management skills, and to enhance professional fulfillment and life balance. Victoria has significant experience in higher education, marketing, business development, corporate identity and branding for professional service firms and was a frequent speaker on marketing and business development at the Harvard Graduate School of Design. Her background includes a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law and a B.A., cum laude, from Wellesley College, and a double certification in Executive and Organizational Coaching and Life Coaching from New York University.
