I'm a Life Architect, helping women and men create outrageously fulfilling lives. For more than 40 years, I have been using my proven Life Design tools to help thousands of clients and students define their personal vision, mission and goals, use them to develop a framework, and create an action plan to sustain the life they design. My sweet spot is supporting women over 40 in building their confidence and creating a sustainable path to their ideal life. My program has been offered at CUNY, STRIVE, and The New School and is at the core of my personal and executive coaching. My publications include I'm Susan and I'm a Serial Careerist: Seven Success Strategies for a Unique Career Path, The Life Design Playbook and Fifty Over Fifty: Wise and Wild Women Creating Wonderful Lives (And You Can Too!) and book chapters on Transformative Learning. I'm currently working on a book about successful women over 70. I have a doctorate in Adult Learning and Leadership and Masters degrees in Educational Psychology and Counseling Psychology. I love spending time with friends and family, traveling, theater, movies and a good mystery. I am also the servant of two demanding felines.
