[Promo] Mental Health Tips and Free Sunday Meditations

Hi, Hope everyone is staying safe and healthy. In these trying and
uncertain times, its understandable that anxieties are running high or that
you are in need of more grounding than ever before. To be honest, I've
leaned on my wellness techniques more myself. Thats why I decided to start
making videos with tips on how to manage your mental health and well-being.
I hope that you will find them helpful. I also am now offering free
meditation classes on Sundays at 9am on zoom to help everyone during this
tough time. Last week I had an amazing turnout with people from all over
the world. It shows how we are all in this together.

I will be posting the zoom link later today or tomorrow on my social media
site to access the Sunday meditation. If you are interested in seeing my
