Recently, our attorneys spent Thursday morning in the Westchester County Courts.

One court appearance was for a felony criminal case in the Yonkers City Court involving the theft of more than half a million dollars from a large corporation with multiple defendants, and the other for a Vehicle and Traffic Law matter involving a speeding ticket in the Harrison Town Court, which was disposed of with a plea to a miscellaneous parking ticket, a no point, non-moving violation.

Both matters were treated with the same level of zealous advocacy, although the felony case obviously required considerably more attention than the traffic matter.

While our offices are physically located on Long Island, we cover courts throughout all of New York State.
