<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:#1F497D">One court appearance was for a felony criminal case in the Yonkers City Court involving the theft of more than half a million dollars from a large corporation
with multiple defendants, and the other for a Vehicle and Traffic Law matter involving a speeding ticket in the Harrison Town Court, which was disposed of with a plea to a miscellaneous parking ticket, a no point, non-moving violation.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:#1F497D"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:#1F497D">Both matters were treated with the same level of zealous advocacy, although the felony case obviously required considerably more attention than the traffic matter.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
