As I have proudly announced, earlier this year I was certified as a CINERGY(r) Conflict Coaching. But what does that mean?


  *   It is not the same as life coaching.


  *   It is not the same as mediation.


  *   It is not the same as being a hard-nosed negotiator in a one-off transaction.


In Conflict Coaching, the coach works one-on-one with an individual to help that person handle interpersonal conflict more effectively.
The CINERGY(r) model is based on principles of conflict management, executive coaching, and neuroscience.
