[Promo] What good habit(s) are you adding for 2019?

Many people talk about New Year's Resolutions and there's nothing wrong
with that if you stick with them.  Unfortunately, statistics show most of
those resolutions fail by February.  Why not consider making one change at
a time until it becomes habit and then move to another?

Reading a bunch of research and opinions on the internet didn't provide me
with a length of time it takes make something a habit.  I was hoping to
provide that information for you in this promo.  What I did find
recommended across the board was consistency.  Executing a change
consistently to make it a habit makes sense to me.  In fact, as I think
about the changes I've successfully made over the years, the one's that are
still part of my life are those I did (and still do) consistently.

So tell me, what good habit(s) are you adding for 2019?
