[Fredslist] Question for architect or other professional familiar with NYC condo law and certificate of occupancy

I have a question regarding a certificate of occupancy for an existing
building that is converting to a condo and in the process is combing units
within the building. Would like to speak with someone who is knowledgeable
about c/o requirements in this situation.
