[Fredslist] Mem Weekend dog friendly?

We got a puppy 6 weeks ago; now my wife & i are pretty late to the Memorial
Day rental game. Anyone got a place, or know of a place, that is:
a) small dog friendly
b) relatively close to a dog friendly beach
c) kitchen/ette

We'd like the Jersey Shore, but Cape Cod, or frankly anywhere driving
distance would be fun!

(and yes, we checked tripadvisor, kayak, airbnb, vrbo, expedia, etc....
thus, lookin' for some fredslist magic)
