Do you have loved ones living in Florida who are concerned about their cognition? They might be interested in this ground-breaking presentation.

A free presentation, “Preventing and Reversing Alzheimer’s and Dementia,” is being given in Hollywood Florida on Thursday, November 13, by Sharp Again Naturally, one of last year’s recipients of the Summer of Giving donationon. It will feature clips from a documentary in the making that features doctors, research scientists, and patients who have reversed  symptoms of Alzheimer’s and dementia, many completely and permanently.  One of the presenters is yours truly, Jacqui Bishop; others include founding board member Lisa Feiner and the remarkable filmmakers, Tish Tamowski and Alan Scott Douglas.

Sharp Again’s mission is to educate the public and the medical community about reversible causes of dementia that the vast majority of MDs aren’t trained to test for or treat. The primary message of the evening is: don’t give up on yourself or a loved one until all reversible factors have been tested for and either ruled out or treated.  UCLA and Mayo have confirmed this stance.
