Jim was referred to me several months ago by Gotham member David Muson, President of Synergy HomeCare of Manhattan.  I needed assistance with my mom and David suggested that I speak with Jim since he is located in my area.  David sent Jim a personal email introduction and "voila"! the rest is history :).  I can't say enough about Jim, his company, his staff and am just delighted to have him in our group.
