I had a 3:50 flight from JFK today.

The flight is 3+ hours late.

Cheri PROACTIVELY called me at 5:30 and switched me to another flight.

No stress, no fuss, no muss.

I've been a VERY happy client for over 2 years and on every trip, Cheri does something exceptional.

I can't imagine using anyone else (or worse, doing it myself).
