[Fredslist] Help with A.C.S.

Gotham. 

A friend got a visit from ACS last night and she is understandably flipped out.  I would be shocked if there was something untoward going on, although her son has some behavior issues. Is there someone out there who can help them with this?  She is scared to engage a lawyer out of concern that it will make it worse but she needs guidance. I'll pass on all emails to her
