[Fredslist] Physical Therapist Needed on UWS

Hi Along the Network,
 
    I just learned my former physical therapist  relocated out of NYC, so 
now seek recommendations for a great pt on the  uws, after arthroscopic 
surgery for cartilage issue & bone  spur in hip.  I do want to stay in network 
with Blue  Cross Blue Shield PPO.  
 
   My surgeon's office gave me several company names  below based on 
patient rec's -  but no individual therapists.  If  anyone has knowledge / opinion 
of these I'd appreciate your feedback.   Again, a particular therapist's 
name would be great to hopefully save me trying  out several people, and 
doesn't have to be at any of these.
 
   Riverside PT - 250 W. 93 St
   Joint Effort PT - 211 W. 71 St.
   Premiere PT - 132 W. 96 St. - also - 162 W 72nd St.
   Westside Sports PT - 211 West 71 St.
