[Fredslist] new health insurance Q

[Katalin Goencz]

These are insurances within the NY Exchange with decent number of doctor
networks. Oscar is a new kind of insurance and do a lot of things online.
Very interesting concept.
However, they are both HMO plans and offer no out of network benefits.

   Does anyone know the companies Oscar or Health Republic?  I was referred
to them today by broker I've used for years so checking them out, but if
someone has info or personal experience I'd be interested.
