[Fredslist] Financing Assistance

Dear all,

I am looking to speak with banks or bankers that have experience and would be interested in loaning monies to an office condo.  The office condo would look to secure the loan with the cash flow from the common charges.

Please do not have anyone contact me directly.  I am only looking for information for those folks that already know they can and have done this in the past.
