Essential Function:
This position is accountable for directing and managing the Human Resources
function with a particular emphasis on organization planning,
organizational development, employment training and support.
Responsibilities center on ensuring that the talent within the entire
organization can support existing business requirements as well as
requirements based on the rolling three year strategic plan. Through these
related activities the position serves as a significant contributor to
culture change throughout the organization.
Scope:
The incumbent serves on the Strategic Planning Committee as well as the
Operating Committee for both PDI and Nice Pak. He/She interacts with all
functional leaders as well as with all other levels of management and
Associates within the organization.
Minimum Requirements
Equivalent Education Level Requirement: M.B.A. with an emphasis on
Organization Development
· Experience Required:
· Approximately 15 years in various human resource positions. This must
include significant leadership responsibilities in organization
development.
· Affiliation with successful companies who practice effective Human
Resource management.
· Experience should include working in an entrepreneurial environment
which is flexible and results oriented.
· Experience within a multi-national organization is desirable.
· High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in
conjunction with day-to-day activities.
Knowledge Required
· Incumbent must have a High level of expertise and application
of organizational development activities.
· He/she should be highly skilled in organizational planning,
structure, talent acquisition and assessment.
· Superior interpersonal abilities
· Knowledgeable in various organization models designed to fit
and meet the needs of business units throughout the company and
creates a collaborative environment.
