[Fredslist] Landscaping Recommendation for Westchester

Hello Gotham-

We need to re-grade / re-landscape the area outside our basement to make
sure that water flows away from and not into the exterior basement
staircase.  The house is located in central Westchester (Briarcliff).
Any and all recommendations welcome.
