[Fredslist] Florida condo winter rental needed

Hi all - 

 

The mother of a friend of mine is looking to rent a one-bedroom condo in
Florida - preferable in Century Village (Boca Raton, Pembroke Pines,
Deerfield, etc.)or similar complex with transportation on premises and
clubhouse.  Last year she rented at Pembroke Pines for $850 per month
but the apartment was sold.  She would like to stay in the same price
range.  She is looking to rent the apartment from December 1st - March
31st.
