[Fredslist] Italian Speeding Ticket!?

Hi Everyone,

I have a friend who was recently informed by letter that he has a  
speeding ticket with a fine of 233 Euros.

Does anyone have any experience with this? Of course the letter is in  
Italian, which he doesn't speak.

The tendency might be to ignore it, BUT would you then be stuck either  
not allowed in or out of Italy?

Unlike NYC tickets there doesn't seem to be any way to question it.

Any ideas?
