Dear Gotham,
Several Gotham members have been kind enough to ask about my friend's
mother.  Here is Jackie's final email thanking all of Gotham's members for
their magic.  With your help, her mother received the respect and care that
she deserved in her last days.

"Hello Again,

Once again, I would like to thank you all.  On Friday at 3pm, my mom was
taken off the respirator and passed away at 6:01pm the same day.  The
priest was present and he provided invaluable spiritual guidance to myself
and my aunts.

I would like to add that after your intervention(s), different staff
personnel were taking care of her and they were all extremely compassionate
and attentive.  My mother appeared comfortable and free of pain when she
passed way.

I cannot thank you all enough for making this painful time easier.
