[Fredslist] Combined lab and office space sought - 1, 000 to 1, 500 sq ft

My friend runs a small medical services business.  The company would like to
move to a combined space with 1,000 to 1,500 square feet in a building in
Manhattan.  The building should allow for storage of human tissue samples
(no surgery or other more elaborate activities), so it would need to be
space in a medical research facility, or a building that houses doctors, or
a hospital or similar facility.
