Client trying to close loan needs a pay off letter
( ACTUAL SATISFACTION IS NOT REQUIRED )
affirming that a loan has been paid off. The loan was paid off in 2005.
 
GMAC "purge" department says this can take up to 30 days!!!
 
Does anyone know someone who can help ???
 
Title company and attorney representing my client is more than frustrated
with this situation.
